These are the production processes used on UPPER sustainable ceramic that transform waste into durable, eco-friendly ceramic pieces while reducing environmental impact.

Material Collection & Cleaning
Gather leftover or discarded stoneware and Remove impurities from the materials.

Grinding & Clay Preparation
Crush and grind the stoneware into a reusable powder, mix the powder with water and binders to form new clay.

Shaping, Drying and Bisque Firing
Mold the clay into desired forms, Air-dry the pieces to avoid cracking, fire at a low temperature to harden the clay.

Glazing &
Final Firing
Apply eco-friendly glazes and fire at high temperatures for durability.
